Dr. W. Patrick Dolan, a longtime consultant for the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC) provides an orientation to CEC's framework for organizational development and systems change. Dolan creates a "visual map" of the school system to depict the roles and relationships of the 6 Boundaries of a School System as a diagnostic activity to identify strengths, challenges and opportunities for improvement throughout the school system.
